The Norwegian Trekking Association DNT has around 600 huts: staffed huts, self-service huts with food, and huts without facilities. Staffed huts are usually open from late June to mid-September. You don’t have to be a member to sleep there, but for the standard key to locked huts someone in your group must be a member. (source: DNT)

Most huts can be booked through DNT. (source: DNT) More on hiking: hiking.
