🧭 A 3-week Scandinavia road trip

This is the classic for anyone who wants to see it properly in one go: by ferry to Kristiansand, along the fjords to Bergen and Flåm, then east to Oslo and down the Swedish west coast to Copenhagen. Each stage shows the driving time, so you can plan for yourself how many nights to spend where.

Good to know

💡 Good to know

  • Driving times in Norway are longer than the distance suggests: narrow roads, tunnels and ferries. Better to plan one extra night.
  • In Norway tolls are charged automatically via your number plate; AutoPASS explains how that works for foreign cars.
